Simply use your target shade

More than 50%

In a 1:1 ratio, mix your target shade with its corresponding base level.

If you want to prioritize the reflect

Cool reflects : ½ target shade + ½ same level basic shade

Warm reflects : ½ target shade + ½ same level golden basic shade You can add a little bit of hot water (20ml) to the mix to refresh a a leftover color.
